Chip and remove any loose concrete debris. Clean and remove the debris with either a shop vac or compressed air.
Apply a liberal coat of silica sand over the fresh epoxy by hand.
Continue as many coats as necessary until the surface is flush with the existing surounding surface.
Continue with a liberal application of silica sand as needed.

On expansion joints and large patches as shown to the right, apply denatured alchohol to the surface to aid in finishing with either a hand or margin trowel.
Finished construction joint and random crack open for traffic in 15 minutes.
